  • “Our mum arrived at Plane Tree in October from a placement for assessment. She was mentally and physically in a very bad place. The first weeks were very hard as Mum was not responding well. After weeks of the most patient care, our mum has turned a corner. She is responsive, peaceful and treated with respect and kindness. We could not ask for more as we just wanted her to get to this stage, and Plane Tree and the amazing team have achieved this.”

    -Resident’s family member

  • “My experience at Plane Tree Court has been extremely positive. My husband is staying on the residential floor at the moment, and the staff could not be more helpful. They are always available to answer any queries and to give support.”

    Resident’s family member

  • “To all at Plane Tree, a huge thank you to everyone for the wonderful care and kindness that you have shown. We knew he was in good, safe hands but you also showed him so much love and consideration throughout all his stay. We will never forget your stories about his days (though Dad of course did), but he knew them in that moment, and he felt all of the love, laughter and the tears. We will always be grateful for all that you have done, not just for him but for our whole family.”

    -Resident’s family member

  • “A well-staffed, clean, well-maintained care home. My mother has thrived with good care and food. Her room is light and airy. There is a nurse on duty 24 hours. The staff are very caring and friendly. The chef cooks excellent, nutritious meals. The receptionist is very welcoming and helpful. I am very happy with the care my nearly 99-year-old mother gets at Plane Tree Court.”
